One shipyard, for the entire life of your boat.

Owning a Privilège shouldn’t mean chasing different specialists for every job. The best after-sales support is often the kind you never notice, because it starts long before delivery — our quality teams inspect a boat system by system, engines, electrics, plumbing and navigation, together and individually, while she is still surrounded by the people who built her. Once you’re sailing, that same team stays close: a quick remote fix, a full winter service, or turning a well-loved catamaran into a showcase of the latest marine technology. One team, the one that built your boat, sees it through and stands behind the result.

A single upgrade — a camera, a Starlink dish — rarely justifies a long trip back to the yard on its own. A complete, coordinated care programme does. That’s why our after-sales services are designed to work together: technical support, refit and seasonal care, delivered by one worldwide catamaran service network built around your Privilège.

Direct access to the people who know
your boat.

When something needs attention, the first thing that matters is access. Every owner can reach the Privilège Marine service team directly — sharing a photo, a video, an alarm message or simply a description of what’s happening. We commit to acknowledging every request within 24 hours, not to promise an instant fix before the problem is understood, but to confirm the case, judge its urgency and set out a clear next step. A pump alarm, for example, can be caused by the pump itself, its wiring, a sensor or another system entirely — understanding the real cause before reaching for a replacement is what keeps a small issue from becoming a bigger one.

Bring new technology to your Privilège.

A single upgrade rarely justifies bringing the boat back to the yard on its own. That’s why we built a complete refit programme around the improvements that matter most: energy autonomy, connectivity, comfort and safety — carried out by the people who built your boat.

WINTER BERTH & HAUL-OUT

Followed by the people who built her — not just stamped on paper.

We don’t issue a third-party certificate, and we won’t pretend a stamp could replace real technical history. What we do instead is simpler, and we think more useful: when our team has followed a repair, a refit or a season of maintenance from start to finish, we record it — and we put our name to it. A signed appreciation note confirms that the work was carried out, and that the boat has been followed, to the standards we build to.

  • A written record of the work carried out
  • Full technical continuity with the original build
  • Recognised across our own network of partners
  • A meaningful reference point when it’s time to sell

For a long-range yacht, after-sales support is part of ownership confidence. The owner should know who to contact, who understands the boat, and how the right expertise will reach it.

A relationship that continues long after delivery.

Warranty is an important contractual framework, but it isn’t the whole relationship. Privilège catamarans keep sailing long after their original warranty ends, and owners keep needing maintenance, advice, upgrades and, sometimes, significant repairs. We stay available either way — the technical relationship doesn’t expire when the paperwork does.

This matters most for a bespoke boat. Equipment evolves, electronics age, energy systems improve, and a sailing programme can change — a boat might move from the Mediterranean to the Pacific, or pass to a new owner altogether. Every diagnosis, replacement and upgrade we record becomes part of your Privilège’s technical history: something the next technician, the next captain or the next owner can rely on, rather than starting from a blank page.

Thinking of selling? We can help.
